One of the weakest escape rooms out of the 70+ I've done. The arcade machine wouldn't start—they just passed a key to us through the door. One of the three tokens for a puzzle was missing. Some steps are impossible without the host's hints, and some locks were opening by themselves. I don't recommend it.

The quest was scheduled for 7:00 PM, and we ended up standing with a group of kids in the rain for almost an hour by a locked door. They cited electrical issues and asked us to wait; in the end they gave a small discount, but it still left a sour taste. In the 6+ mode the kids were so scared they didn’t even make it halfway — clearly not kid-appropriate. I wouldn’t recommend it for a party.
