About the escape room

How far are you willing to go when faced with something you don't understand and fear? How do you behave where what is happening cannot be explained scientifically, where there is no time and life, where a terrible dream becomes a reality? Are you ready to risk everything to save a small boy? We learned about the soul of a little boy who got lost and could not return from another astral journey. The boy inherited such a gift from his father: When he fell asleep, his soul moved into the astral realm. He went further and further into the darkness of the forbidden world. This time he couldn't get out on his own. We take you to his children's room where it all started. Can you enter the astral realm and, bypassing its inhabitants, find and return the lost soul of the boy to the world of the living? On the minus side, worn props, occasional organizational slips, and contentious moments with the actor and payment pop up regularly.

The decor and furniture are very worn, the puzzle difficulty is rather low, and it’s mostly scary because of the darkness and loud music. In the dark area, something fell on my head, and the operators, seeing that we were scared, just kept turning up the volume and banging. The atmosphere is gorgeous: the music pounds, the shadows come alive, and at some point you genuinely forget it’s a game. We went with the actor option—everyone jumped. The puzzles don’t suffocate you, but they’re not just a formality either. We had an excellent evening.

Of the three escape rooms in the city, "Astral" was the one I liked the most: the puzzles are great, the set design is fine, and the actor’s performance is acceptable. I’d replace the mask—it’s more funny than scary, and the prop mockups look cheap. Tweak the lighting a bit so the dark entity blends into the darkness, and it’ll be absolutely awesome. Overall, I’m satisfied.

We went as a pair: it was interesting and pretty creepy, and we stalled a couple of times. In the first room the props are noticeably worn and could use an update, but the sound is top‑notch—especially the final approaches that gave us goosebumps. We think in a big group the fear gets smoothed out, whereas with just the two of us it felt much more intense. Recommended.

We came for a birthday and loved everything: a friendly host, subtle, well-timed hints, puzzles that aren’t too hard but really draw you in. The rooms are atmospheric, and the music really ratchets up the tension. We screamed a couple of times but made it to the finale. Highly recommend.

We went as a group; the quest is atmospheric and quite creepy. The puzzles are interesting and at first seem challenging, and the music gives you goosebumps. Afterwards they let us play in VR — the emotions were off the charts. I’m giving it the highest rating; highly recommend.

We did the version with a live actor, but he didn’t really scare us: he would show up, shout in a not-very-scary voice, and the effect wore off quickly. For comparison, afterward we went to "Freddy’s Nightmare" — the acting there is stronger, like night and day. But overall you can see the team’s effort here, and the overall impression is positive.
