About the escape room

While you were carefree on vacation at home with friends and family, a letter marked "Vitally important" was delivered to you. It was sent by Albus Dumbledore himself, the headmaster of the magic school. In the letter, he informs about dark times in the entire magic world. One of the horcruxes is gaining strength with each passing minute, and there is little time left before the resurrection of the Dark Lord. The director's soul, like the horcrux itself, is in the secret underground chambers of Hogwarts and is guarded by some of the most dangerous creatures - Dementors. Dumbledore is too weak and cannot warn his colleagues about the danger. He barely managed to send you a letter. The entire magical world is counting on young but already experienced mages. There are many difficulties and deadly dangers on the way. Use all your knowledge that you gained at school and be careful. Hurry up, because every minute counts! Age restrictions: 14+ (from 12 years with adult supervision or an animator)

Puzzles are mostly logical and mid‑difficulty, some teams finish quickly due to frequent hints. Experienced players sometimes want more tasks, while newcomers and families love it. The sore point is finding the entrance and communication: signage is weak, confirmations and calls sometimes glitch.

We went for the atmosphere — ended up straight in Hogwarts. The sets are gorgeous, the music gives you goosebumps, and the puzzles are fair and clear. We had a great evening; we’ll be back for the next story.

We went as a group of three with an 11-year-old child—one of our first escape rooms. It really drew us in: interesting puzzles, lots of rooms, and great set design. Perfect for beginners, and at times even a bit nerve‑wracking. Highly recommend.

We were planning to go for the first time and relied on the reviews, but never found the entrance—there’s no signage. The confirmation email never arrived, the phone numbers listed on different sites don’t match, getting through by phone is almost impossible; at one number a woman answered who had nothing to do with the quest. Left a sour aftertaste.

The quest itself was good, but we spent twenty minutes searching for the entrance—there are almost no signs, and our calls went unanswered. As a result, we started late and the mood deflated. Fix the navigation and it’ll be awesome.

The reservation for 6:00 PM was confirmed the day before, but on the day of the game my family and I spent half an hour circling around the building to no avail. The phone didn’t pick up, and they didn’t respond to messages. The kids were upset, the evening was ruined.
