A very interesting, non-scary escape room with excellent, automated puzzles. The only downside is that the hints are sometimes given in plain text, which breaks the atmosphere; in-character announcements over the speakers would be cooler.

I liked the quest, but the initial immersion was lacking: they read the briefing and led us in with our eyes closed, and at times hints were shouted through the door. On the plus side, the location is fresh and tastefully designed, the puzzles are logical and run without hiccups, and the Big Ben chime helps keep up the pace. The quest is engaging and atmospheric; the automation is on point, and the difficulty is well-balanced — there’s plenty to think about. The “villains pay more” storyline and the opening are memorable, though in places you can see the wallpaper and linoleum are a bit worn. The host’s in-character performance was fantastic.

It’s optimal to go as a group of three or four. The puzzles aren’t easy—some are downright tough—and the scare level depends on your expectations. Having more space and more rooms would be very helpful.

We have done many escape rooms, and this one is among the stronger ones. The immersion is powerful, the opening is a ten out of ten, and the puzzles are challenging but quite solvable if you are attentive. The game master stays in character, and the decor matches the theme.

The escape room was interesting, but a few things need fixing: one of the components and the lighting let us down, and the in-game narration was too quiet. Due to interference on the comms, the host had to come to the door and speak in person.

There are plenty of tasks that pull you into the experience, but the lighting wasn’t sufficient — people with weaker eyesight will struggle to make out the details. Otherwise, the escape room keeps your attention right up to the very end.

Probably the best escape room we’ve done: we finished in 53 minutes without a single hint. Linear structure, no “how did that even work?” moments—everything is logical and well thought out from start to finish.

My son is 12; he handled it perfectly. Not scary, but we did get goosebumps. The only downside is that it’s a bit cramped and there aren’t many rooms. Otherwise, everything was great—the administrator was wonderful.

Went as a family with a teenager; not scary at all, but a great mental workout. The atmosphere transports you to Baker Street, and the host is in character. Recommended for those who enjoy logic without horror.
