I left the escape room feeling upset. The extra fee for the actor wasn’t worth it: just banging on doors and a “boo” instead of a performance, and the hosts kept getting confused—sometimes they wouldn’t close a door, other times they didn’t notice a completed task. We found a broken flashlight, the puzzles seemed illogical, and we didn’t understand the finale at all until the administrator told us... Expand

The quest was scheduled for 7:00 PM, and we ended up standing with a group of kids in the rain for almost an hour by a locked door. They cited electrical issues and asked us to wait; in the end they gave a small discount, but it still left a sour taste. In the 6+ mode the kids were so scared they didn’t even make it halfway — clearly not kid-appropriate. I wouldn’t recommend it for a party.

We went on March 8 with my wife and two teenagers. Overall, everyone liked it: the actor was scary, the girls were screaming, but the puzzles turned out to be difficult for us and sometimes illogical. Make the key more noticeable, add clear markings on the locks, provide clearer logic for the word clue, and give a hint about the order of digits in the room with the discs. The escape room is scary and beautiful, but there isn’t much light. Ask for 2-3 flashlights right away, otherwise half the team will just be standing in the dark. If you improve the visibility of the markings on the locks, it’ll be fantastic.

Went as a group of five on the “medium” fear level — we screamed our heads off. The actor kept popping out like a jack-in-the-box, and the sound and lighting really crank up the atmosphere. We stalled on a couple of puzzles; the hints saved us. Overall, a blast — I’ll be back for the 18+ version.

We had a reservation and arrived on time — it was closed, and no one answered the phone for a long time. They called back later and suggested we come only an hour later; part of our group had already gotten cold waiting outside. Very disappointing.

This isn’t the first time I’ve booked a quest for my child, and this one was the best yet. The kids squealed with delight; they even extended the game for us by about twenty minutes. Toward the end they added a little scare—just enough for a proper thrill. Huge thanks to the actors—you nailed it.

It was our first performance; we went with the 6+ mode. We still ended up screaming—a lot—the actor kept up the tension brilliantly, and the ambience and sound are impressive. We ran short on time, so the administrator guided us through some steps; we didn’t reach the finale, but we left with a pleasant impression.

The organization let us down: we weren’t let in at the start, we waited a long time at a closed door, and they barely answered the phone. It killed the mood; in the end, it was too scary for the kids even in the light mode. Disappointed.

Our group really loved the quest: it was genuinely scary—we screamed our hearts out. The actor kept appearing out of nowhere, grabbing and scaring us so much our hearts were in our throats. We left happy and want to come back.
