We came with a large group, and it felt cramped. Narrow corridors, a second level, stairs in the dark — you have to walk half-crouched, and it’s unsafe; one of us even scraped their forehead on a rough wall. The worst part was that the administrators didn’t check on the injured person. Overall, the quest feels hazardous for large groups and children.

Immersion hits hard from the moment you step in: the set design, lighting, sound, and a palpable sense of being pursued. The actors push themselves to the limit—unpredictable entrances, a mix of jump scares and psychology, close interaction but within boundaries. The puzzles are logical and woven into the story, made harder by panic. An excellent horror experience.

The place was busy, but the staff checked us in quickly. I liked the actress’s scream and the gloomy atmosphere; there’s a well and some spots to climb, too. Plenty of downsides: worn-out set pieces, a wobbly well lid, looped music borrowed from other horror titles, an illegible puzzle by the well due to dim lighting, the actress’s entrances are predictable, and in the first room she suddenly spok... We went to the clown show and experienced the full spectrum—from laughter to shrieks. A locked cage at the start, tense music, and the actor Art/Arseniy keeps you on edge every minute. The venue is compact but comfortable for four, and the administrator Nastya is very pleasant. There’s a no-contact option if you’re scared, but we were there for the thrills.

The organization let us down: we weren’t greeted, loud music and shouting from the neighboring location were disruptive, a flashlight was brought right in the middle of the game and it didn’t work, and the administrators kept coming into the room. The tasks were boring, the actor would just scream to scare us and then leave, the hints were pushed on us, and in the end they simply opened the exit.

It was somewhat dirty; shoe covers were lying around in the corners. The briefing was incoherent, and they shouted the storyline over the noise — you could barely make out any of it. The hints were confusing, the ending unclear, and the actor predictable. For the price, we expected a much higher level of service.

At the start, the key was not where it was supposed to be, and another lock turned out to be open - because of this we lost half an hour and did not manage to complete the quest. The staff acknowledged the mistake but did not even apologize.

We went as three adults and a 14-year-old to Medium. The actor crossed the line: tried to force an adult to kneel, used a leg sweep, and put a rope around a woman’s neck, leaving marks. After the confrontation we minimized contact. We breezed through the tasks in 40 minutes, often relying on hints, and we don’t plan to return.

Arrived early, but there was no admin—we had to look around on our own. Trash in the waiting area, the instructor looked tired and gave a rushed briefing. The actor’s costume is simple, the mask kept slipping so you could see the face. The location is big and scary, but in places unsafe—it’s easy to trip. We asked them to pay more attention to service and costumes.

Overall, I liked the quest, but in the dark tunnel I hit my head hard, and my friend banged against the cage when it was being shaken. Please add at least minimal lighting or a noticeable turn marker—it would be safer.
