About the escape room

In the distant past, when the world was full of diseases and epidemics, a mysterious figure appeared in one of the cities - the Plague Doctor. He was dressed in a long cloak with a hood, and on his face was a beaked mask filled with aromatic herbs. The doctor came to towns and villages to help the sick and stop the spread of disease. But soon it became known that, trying to save the city from the epidemic, he himself became infected and turned into a monster. Now he lives in an abandoned house on the outskirts of the city, where he conducts terrifying experiments on other people, trying to find an antidote. You are to go to this house and finally stop the mad doctor! Hurry up, for you could be the next victim of the horrible Plague Doctor! Age restrictions: 18+ (from 10 years old with adult supervision)

We went as three adults and a 14-year-old to Medium. The actor crossed the line: tried to force an adult to kneel, used a leg sweep, and put a rope around a woman’s neck, leaving marks. After the confrontation we minimized contact. We breezed through the tasks in 40 minutes, often relying on hints, and we don’t plan to return.

We were disappointed. In the medium mode, the actors engaged in rough physical contact, broke a chain, pushed us, and did not respond to our remarks. In the finale, the music cut out and you could hear the actors laughing, after which the administrator left without addressing the issue. Please sort this out.

We went as a group of three to 'The Plague Doctor' and chose medium contact. The atmosphere is intense, the music is heavy, and the actor Yegor kept us on edge for almost the entire experience. The puzzles are logical; we asked for a couple of hints — fair enough. We left satisfied — I recommend it.
