WeaknessesThere are complaints about service and cleanliness in the waiting area, puzzles being too simple or confusing, and a denouement that comes too early. Sometimes you can hear a neighboring project, and a cheap-looking mask triggers some guests. In the dark you can get bruised, and the video can have overly loud music.
StrengthsStrong acting and sudden entrances, cool transitions between locations, sound and near-total darkness create a dense dread. Staff are usually friendly, give hints over the radio, you can buy a video of the run. Contact is adjusted at the team’s request.
SecurityA briefing is given, radio communication works. It’s very dark and narrow, running is not advised — there have been cases of players bumping into things; tactility can be adjusted.
Level of fearScary and at times very much so — 18+ for a reason. Newcomers can easily find it too much; seasoned horror fans sometimes find it softer, but overall the tension holds to the end.
Actors' gameActors are often praised: Anna, Anastasia, Yelizaveta, Yaroslava/Yana, Yanika, Yasya, Svetlana, Tatyana, Ekaterina, Alyona, etc. — screams, sudden appearances, and work in the dark. Rare lapses in immersion happen, but more often the interaction is flexibly tuned and contact is reduced on request.
Quality of riddlesBy level — from easy to medium; under fear they feel harder. There are interesting mechanics and movements, but some guests criticize the logic and extra elements. Occasionally hints end up out of place or the finale cuts off unexpectedly.
PlotYou go to the house of a girl with a rare disease to understand why she disappeared. The story is revealed through atmosphere and scenes, but some miss a clear resolution.
Difficulty levelDifficulty is closer to medium: newcomers may struggle because of fear and darkness, pairs have a harder time. For experienced players, puzzles will be easier than the nerves.
