We played as a duo and got absorbed in the prison-block atmosphere: bunk beds, notes, Russian chanson — all in place; we laughed a lot and got confused at times. There’s a "neighbor" in the story you can bargain with, which makes the escape feel alive. The puzzles are medium difficulty and to the point, with no janky solutions. I took the kids to this escape room for the first time. They liked it, but they finished very quickly and kept taking hints; the introductory story was hard to hear. Some tasks don’t lead anywhere, they don’t issue receipts, there are too few lockers, the coat rack is hung too high, and it’s chilly in the room. You can’t take photos, so we ended up without any keepsake pictures.

The quest itself is decent and straightforward, but the organization let us down: there was basically no one to properly greet us, the lobby was cramped, some guys nearby were openly spoiling things out loud, and the briefing was delivered in a whisper. During the game they kept prompting us to do things we’d already done — seems like they weren’t tracking our progress.

We did it as a team of three with a 10-year-old, without an actor—and it was the perfect balance of fear and puzzles. There are lots of rooms and plenty to climb. Small safety tip: one ladder is a bit treacherous; slide it to the side rather than forward.

The company let us down: the promised subscription discount didn’t work because of a technicality, they’re cash-only and don’t issue receipts. Storage for belongings is unsafe—a basement space with a noticeable smell—and after we paid they suddenly asked for an extra fee. They didn’t let us take photos, and later never uploaded our album—left a really unpleasant impression.

The escape room is atmospheric and well-maintained; hints are provided carefully and in line with the storyline. We asked for a contactless experience — they accommodated it. The waiting area is warm and clean, the administrator is very nice, and they even gave a birthday discount.

We set up a birthday surprise for a friend: administrator Daria hid the flowers and the cake and suggested the idea with a bag over her head right from the street — it turned out great. We played with Maxim and specifically booked him: he has his own signature touches and adapts flexibly to each person. The quest itself isn’t difficult and looks good, the locations are interesting, but the logic of several puzzles let it down, and the tech felt rather weak. Without the operator whispering hints, we would have gotten stuck; the music is oppressive, it’s dark with jump scares, and a door kept jamming.

Today we went to the Pharaoh's Tomb and left disappointed: there were at most five puzzles, the quest felt tired, and the audio was a mush—you couldn't make out the words. We found no logic in the sequence; we spun the rings till we were blue in the face, and the door was already open without any signal. Lots of props we lugged around for nothing.

Very unpleasant experience: the equipment was glitching, doors and locks didn’t work, and the music was silent. We asked them to ease up — they didn’t listen; it was painful and upsetting. They refunded the money afterward, but the evening was ruined.
