The start was intriguing, but then everything fell apart: the actors seemed to just wander around next to us, and the rooms were stuffy, damp, and dirty. We asked for no hitting, but they used a stun gun anyway. There are hardly any puzzles—basically a couple of tasks and a long search for keys across several rooms.

The final timer had us running and thinking at the same time; I haven’t been that spent in ages. I’ll be back with a different team!

The venue disappointed in terms of comfort: no water, it’s cramped, they don’t turn the music up because of adjacent games, and parking is a mess. The quest itself was great, but the waiting area conditions and a nearby party spoiled the vibe.
