The location is incredibly detailed; you can tell every little thing was thought through. Our actor was charismatic and fully engaged the team, a solid 10 out of 10. Loved everything: the puzzles, the atmosphere, the pace.

I enjoyed the quest, but a request: in that narrow spot, please act more carefully and don’t grab people by the legs. I had an awkward fall there and got scraped up, and my arm still aches. Otherwise, everything was really great.

We went to Podval on hard mode and had a blast with the full immersion. The actor was professional and careful; even during the “abduction” he made sure no one ran into anything. The considerate approach plus strong emotions — we want to come back again.

The actor was out of this world, kept us hooked until the finale. Scary but not over the top; we asked for less contact and they accommodated. We escaped in the final seconds—awesome.

Powerful horror: a grim psychiatric hospital, convincing sets, and actors that really get under your skin. The immersion is intense, the plot keeps you hooked. For brave teams it’s a must-go; service was impeccable.

The actors are the heart of this quest. They improvise, adapt to the team, and keep the tension high throughout the game, which makes the story feel alive. If you enjoy both thinking and really living through the story, you’ll definitely like it.

An excellent escape room with a gripping storyline; the puzzles are spot-on and the atmosphere is powerful. The actor kept the energy up and helped just enough so we didn’t get stuck. Everything is well thought out—highly recommended.

We went as a group, all around 14 years old; it was very scary but interesting. Toward the end the walkie-talkie broke — the actors carefully gave us hints and led us out. I like that you can flexibly set who gets more contact and who less. We want to come back.

We chose the medium difficulty and came out sweaty but happy. The atmosphere felt cinematic; the actor guided us and scared us just enough, giving hints when needed. I’ll be back for the hard mode once I work up the courage.
