The set design and music put on just enough pressure to make your hands tremble, and the actor delivered a finely crafted performance—scaring us like nowhere else has. The venue is large, with lots of props, and they helped when we were stumped. Special mention to the stun gun and the calibrated level of physical contact—everything was in moderation. I’d come back again.

We celebrated a friend’s birthday and were left disappointed: some of the props were already broken before we arrived, but they blamed us and issued a fine. Several tasks were impossible to complete due to the equipment, and they also set off small firecrackers without any warning, and we didn’t sign any contracts. We’re planning to pursue this legally.

The quest itself is interesting—a rarity for horror—but the safety in the tunnel is a problem. In the dark it’s easy to take a fall; there isn’t enough padding. Either add more lighting or remove the actor there—someone could get seriously injured.

We were greeted warmly; opted for medium contact and a single actor. The atmosphere was awesome, but a request to the actors—please don't put your hands on people's faces: my glasses got bent, and I even got poked in the eye. For those who wear glasses, it's better to put in contacts and cover your face when it gets scary.

There were five of us with two kids aged 8 and 10 — everyone was thrilled. We hardly needed any hints, everything was logical, and the finale was a pleasant surprise. The set design and cleanliness are top-notch; as a family escape room, it's top-tier.

Our most disappointing visit: the start was pushed back by almost 40 minutes, and no one warned us in advance. In one room, a key device wasn’t working, which meant we just got stuck. There was no music at all, and there was renovation noise from upstairs—the atmosphere was ruined.

The overall impression was marred by the mechanisms: after solving, not everything triggered, and it wasn’t clear whether we had completed a puzzle or not. The difficulty is moderate for two adults, but some tasks felt out of place for this quest, and the hints were imprecise. On the plus side, the set design is excellent and truly immersive.

We really liked the escape room. There was a live actor; I was so scared it was hard to focus on the puzzles. We finished in 45 minutes; there were four of us—any more would have felt cramped. The set could use a refresh, but I recommend it.

We played as a trio with my brother and sister and were thrilled. Challenging puzzles, great set design, and a story that draws you in and transports you to London. It truly feels like investigating a murder. We'll definitely be back.
