The experience was unpleasant: keyboard issues, a missing item that they eventually just tossed into the room, and a broken switch for disabling the alarm. After the session, they also asked us to pay extra, citing an intern’s mistake, even though we’d paid the price listed on the website. It left a bitter aftertaste.

We played as a family: two adults and our 10-year-old son. We had little experience, so we got stuck here and there, but the game master gently guided us without giving direct answers, and our interest never faded. There are lots of props; the rooms are beautiful and immersive. We finished in 1:10, and everyone was very happy and wanted to come back.

The quest is straightforward in structure and well organized; everything worked. But it’s very dark—you have to read tiny print and look for tiny objects; without a phone flashlight you won’t see half of it. At times it’s unclear whether you’re allowed to reuse a “key,” and one hint suddenly contains Latin words, which is odd for a children’s audience. My 7-year-old son really enjoyed it.

The quest feels worn-out: several mechanisms malfunctioned, which made us lose time even though we understood the solutions. We had to call the operator, the excitement faded, there wasn’t enough music or sound, and without atmosphere the story doesn’t grab you. With nine-and-a-half-year-old kids it was hard and a bit dull; the idea is decent, but it needs an update and more features.

The quest itself is pleasant and atmospheric—a solid four—but the organization let us down. All the lockers were taken, the start was delayed, we waited for the intro story and they simply forgot about us. The hint operator responded quickly but once mixed up the quests; the music was way too loud, and screams from neighboring rooms could be heard through it.

As a fan of Saw, it didn’t feel true to the canon: the operator barged in with hints, the missing flashlight was handed straight to us, and the final safe was already open. The music is great, but the price isn’t justified given such slip-ups. On another day, maybe it would have been a different experience.

We came as a group ranging in age from 10 to 45. In the first room it’s not obvious that you need to open the well first, and the “smoke” on the character card is hard to see — we had to guess; it’s a bit too high for kids. After that the logic is better, but in the room with the crystals it was too dark — you can barely make out the map on the wall; a flashlight would’ve helped. Otherwise everyth... Expand

The atmosphere is awesome, but it’s overly dark—please add a second flashlight. There are lots of code-based puzzles, but they’re logical and make sense. The actor did a solid job, delivered scares, and helped without being intrusive.

Pretty decent Potter-themed escape room with interesting puzzles. We asked for help a couple of times, but we wanted more magical atmosphere: robes, wands, some spells like "Lumos," because several rooms were quite dark and we ended up using our phone flashlights. We went with the medium contact level; the actor Alexander was on fire and kept us on edge until the very end. The puzzles aren’t overcomplicated, but in that atmosphere you end up solving them on your last nerve. Taisiya greeted us, explained everything, and helped over the walkie-talkie when we got stuck. We want to come back for hard mode.
