Safety is terrible: in the dark, a partition wall collapsed and we crashed onto metal bars. A girl suffered a facial injury; I have bruises and a cracked rib, and they just kept the game going as if nothing had happened. No compensation, no proper assistance. This is unacceptable.

Returned after six months and were disappointed. The welcome was cold, the uniforms seemed unwashed, during the game they kept giving unnecessary hints and wrapped it up before the advertised time. They didn’t offer photos, asked 500 for a video, and there were no cups for water. The actors are still good, but the service let us down.

The price is steep, and the service doesn’t measure up: the waiting area is unfinished, there’s no water, and the costumes are torn and dirty. The locations have lots of sharp edges and movable furniture — we left with scrapes. The video costs extra and is short. The actors’ performance is excellent, the concept is strong, but the quest needs more work.

Both the service and the content were disappointing. We waited a long time at the entrance, the start was pushed back, and they responded over the radio with delays. They asked us to take off our shoes or wear boot covers while it was chilly inside. The puzzles were mostly code-based with no obvious connections, and the ending felt odd. For the price, we expected more.

We visited this location many years ago and came back—the quest has been seriously updated. They added live acting, dialogue, intense effects, and a new room; it’s scary even on a repeat visit. The actor delivered a powerful performance—this one will stick with us for a long time.

The 90s atmosphere feels vivid, down to the tiniest details. The actor didn’t let us relax for a minute; the puzzles are fair and logical, but with the adrenaline your brain bogs down. We made it out in one piece, grinning from ear to ear.

Not just mindless running, but a cohesive story—it feels like you’re playing an open-world horror. The map is huge, it’s easy to get lost from fear, and the character Mraz cranks the emotions to the max. After the game, the administrator answers questions in detail—you can tell the project was made with heart. Daredevils will enjoy the hardcore pain mode, but it’s great even without it.

Very atmospheric and technically polished: panels, hidden compartments, sound — felt like a movie-style bunker. The four of us were constantly engaged; no one was idle. The host helped exactly as much as we asked. I recommend it.

We chose the medium contact level; it was very scary but bearable. The venue is huge, and an actor pops up out of nowhere—you alternate between screaming and laughing. The puzzles are logical and don’t slow the pace. I haven’t felt this energized in a long time.

We played with nine people, and thanks to the nonlinearity there was enough for everyone to do. The quest is challenging but very engaging; the tasks are varied and on point. We finished in just over an hour—it felt shorter, almost a record.
