We expected deep immersion but got a routine check-in with no roleplay. I recommend wearing black pants and old sneakers: it’s pitch-dark, there’s a single flashlight for everyone, you’ll be crawling and dropping to your knees, and they even grabbed us by the neck—it hurt because of their nails. I was here back in ’22 and came back after the update—and it was worth it. There’s more space now, the puzzles got harder and are tightly tied to the plot: you can’t progress without understanding the story. Any contact is by consent, everything is handled carefully, and the sound doesn’t pound—it builds tension. The actress moves silently; when she appears, your heart drops.

We encountered safety issues: the children got bruises from hard corners; one girl ended up with a bump and a bruise on her head. In complete darkness this is dangerous, so I can’t recommend it. The parents are ready to go to the police.

One of the best escape rooms in the city: lots of rooms, the music builds tension. We chose Hard—it kept us on edge without going overboard. When we got stuck, the hints were on point. We even got a photo at the end—memories for a long time.

We played as a group of six on Hard, and the tension hit us the moment we stepped in. The physical interaction is intense but appropriate, the actors stayed in character to the end, and the puzzles drive the story forward. Everyone walked out buzzing with adrenaline and happy.

From the moment we walked in, the mood was off: they demanded masks while not wearing any themselves. They kept pouring on way too many hints, the rooms were cramped and sparsely decorated, and there were squeals instead of real scares. They botched the finale—their staff dragged my friend into a dungeon and abruptly cut the game short. Wouldn’t recommend.

We were often left in complete darkness with nothing to do, and every few minutes someone would run out to scare us. The hint 'just take the key over there already' completely killed the atmosphere. I tripped over a threshold and twisted my ankle. For me, this escape room isn’t worth the money.

We chose the hard mode and didn’t regret it: scary, but by the rules and with our consent. The actors didn’t overdo it, appeared right on cue, and the puzzles fit the theme and made sense. The final twist is good!

Excellent balance of fear and puzzles, immersion from the very first seconds. The acting—especially the voice work—is impressive—instant goosebumps. For us, this is the best horror escape room so far; we immediately booked another one with them.
