WeaknessesIt’s dark and sometimes cramped; there aren’t enough flashlights for a big group, leaving some players 'in the dark.' There are short runs, sudden cancellations or delays, sometimes the final cart breaks; the ending feels cut off to some. People also complain about heat, loud music, and occasional issues with the clown mask.
StrengthsStrong 'It'-themed ambience, lots of locations and effects, excellent actor work with the signature dance. Immersion from the first minutes, friendly admins, hints that actually help.
SecurityThere are narrow passages, running, water, and low lighting — abrasions and cuts on sharp edges have happened, and stuffiness is noted. Tip: wear comfortable clothing and go with a small team; remember there are usually two flashlights, and keep valuables on you.
Level of fearVery scary: many scream, some bail early. Teens 14+ are better off with minimal contact, but horror fans should definitely ramp up the interaction.
Actors' gameActors flexibly adjust the contact level, scare, drag, but help when needed and are happy to chat after the game. Kirill, Dmitry, Andrey, Ivan, Artyom, and Ksenia are often thanked separately for the welcome.
Quality of riddlesPuzzles are logical and generally easy, focused on mechanics, light, and water; fear makes them harder to solve. There aren’t many, but they’re fitting and fair, without an overload of locks. The main value is the performance, which can deliberately slow the process.
PlotThe story is loosely based on 'It': you’re gradually drawn into Derry and Pennywise’s lair. The pacing is brisk, but some players find the finale abrupt and the link to the film — nominal.
Difficulty levelIn terms of tasks it’s easy–medium, but fear raises the stakes noticeably. Newcomers will enjoy it with minimal contact; adrenaline seekers — on hard; optimal group size is 2–4.
