Polina, Kirill, and Artur's team are masters: they welcome you in character, run everything without a hitch, and it feels as if there are twice as many actors. The location is the best I've seen; sound and lighting are ten out of ten, and they finely tailored the interaction to each person. The emotions linger for a long time.

Worst experience of all: the staff were rude, there was no basic service, and the sound pounded so hard you couldn’t make out the clues. They also held us at the exit in the dark amid noise and flashes—safety clearly wasn’t considered. The actor’s costume looked cheap, and the location felt worn out. A disappointment.

The quest is superb even as a no-contact experience: unexpected appearances, logical puzzles, and a large, atmospheric location. Uncommon mechanisms, friendly staff; we chatted for a long time after the game. We're not newbies, and we were still surprised.

Five friends left “Split” on an absolute high: they scared us to goosebumps and made us laugh out loud. The locations are well thought out, the lighting and sound rock, and the actors don’t just act — they live on the set. We got pure adrenaline and a ton of emotions — a solid 5 out of 5.

Disappointed by safety and customer service: wet and sharp surfaces, a couple of injuries in our team; the operator dictated our choices and ignored our request not to send a female team member in alone. The actor fell short on the scare factor; for the price, the quest offers questionable value.

Technically, it's one of the best escape rooms, with an incredible opening. The actor was charismatic and in the maze he scared us out of our wits. At the end the cart broke down — we pushed it by hand, and even that was fun.

We watched both parts back to back and completely fell in love with Nikolai’s performance—the way he switches personas is so convincing it feels like there are several people on stage. With him, the immersion begins from the very first second, and details planted at the start unexpectedly resurface in the finale.

Best immersive quest in town. Nikolay switches between multiple personalities so convincingly you believe each one; Vanya delivers the physical intensity, and Alisa brings the chill of fear. On hard mode, slaps and choking are possible, but the team respects your wishes. I’m dreaming of a two-hour version with an alternate kidnapping route.

The quest was excellent, and when one of the girls on our team panicked, the administrator helped promptly and gently — special thanks for that. The actors keep the bar high, the locations are clean and safe, and the immersion is intense.

The ambiance is strong—you’re immersed from the moment you walk in—but during the running sections it’s almost impossible to talk with the characters; we’d like more dialogue. Interaction was distributed unevenly, and the floor is slippery—we bruised ourselves a couple of times. That said, the atmosphere and the opening are excellent.
