The kids enjoyed the game, but there are issues with the organization. The rope the child was climbing slipped, and they fell onto the tiled floor from a considerable height—fortunately, they were okay. The party room has no windows or air conditioning, and the photography service was disappointing: no editing, and some shots had red-eye. Money wasted.

We entered the correct code several times—the lock wouldn’t accept it, and the administrator was slow to respond to our requests for a hint. The AI hint was confusing, with muddled logic about background and color, and in the end we were left locked in and had to knock on the wall. One mechanism triggered with one part instead of two, which disrupted the pace.

Disappointed: the administrator was about ten minutes late, and the briefing was muddled. In the first room, the next door was already ajar; some of the items we found later turned out to be unnecessary. The puzzles are repetitive, the doors stick, and the walkie-talkie communication is mediocre. The actor is basically just the administrator in a mask, with no makeup and no element of surprise.

The bunker’s atmosphere is fantastic, the music really gets you going, and the puzzles are logical and satisfyingly click into place. Svetlana runs the game with a light touch, giving hints exactly when needed. We escaped with a minute to spare—pure adrenaline and delight. Thanos’s gauntlet made us laugh—what a great Easter egg!

It started with the administrator being late, and the previous quest was still in progress at the location. We ended up in a room with the doors already open; the key we found was ignored, hints were spoon-fed, and we were forbidden to solve part of the puzzles. The evening was spoiled; we won’t be going to this chain again.

The kids liked the quest itself; there were ten of us, and the puzzles and atmosphere were okay. But the host was about fifteen minutes late, and we were stuck by the door with a bunch of stuff—awkward. The party room is small, hot, and crammed with furniture; we only managed to play Mafia with the host. We drove 70 km for the birthday package. The kids enjoyed it, but parents aren't allowed into the quest, so we sat in the hallway; there was no wow factor for us. The photos were disappointing - lots of shots from behind, hardly any of the birthday child. At the end they rushed us with the cake, said our time was up and they had to leave. It left a sour taste.

For us, it turned out to be a big disappointment: the game lasted about 45 minutes instead of an hour, and it was unclear where the ending was and what the goal was. In the additional 'Mafia' game, the host kept getting confused and spoke without any spark, and the party room barely had any tableware and napkins. We were extremely disappointed: the administrator kept coming in and telling us what to do, ruining the atmosphere. We found a key, but there wasn’t a second one; we wasted time on fruitless attempts, and in the end they just ended the game. When we asked for a refund, they were rude. Not recommended.

The set design is gorgeous—the giant's-house vibe works perfectly. I liked how the host Arina kept up the pace and gave gentle, well-timed hints. I would have liked higher-quality photos, but the quest itself is fantastic.
