The kids enjoyed the game, but there are issues with the organization. The rope the child was climbing slipped, and they fell onto the tiled floor from a considerable height—fortunately, they were okay. The party room has no windows or air conditioning, and the photography service was disappointing: no editing, and some shots had red-eye. Money wasted.

The kids liked the quest itself; there were ten of us, and the puzzles and atmosphere were okay. But the host was about fifteen minutes late, and we were stuck by the door with a bunch of stuff—awkward. The party room is small, hot, and crammed with furniture; we only managed to play Mafia with the host. The set design is gorgeous—the giant's-house vibe works perfectly. I liked how the host Arina kept up the pace and gave gentle, well-timed hints. I would have liked higher-quality photos, but the quest itself is fantastic.

We’ve been here for the second time; our child is thrilled again. The ambience is top-notch, the puzzles are well thought out, nothing scary—perfect for kids. Administrator Arina did a great job guiding us through.

The game itself wasn’t bad, but the host was late and we started later than planned. There were far too many hints; because of that we finished in half an hour and felt like we didn’t really get to play. The kids enjoyed it, but it left the adults with a bit of a sour aftertaste.

Just like in a cartoon: gigantic chairs, cheese on the horizon, and a very warm approach from the host. Our daughter laughed through the entire quest; the hints were on point and spoiler-free. We want to come back with friends.

I don’t like to write negative things, but this missed the mark. The girl at reception—the “mouse”—was unfriendly. We came in at 14:05 and were done by 14:38 for 3,800—very fast, apparently due to prompts with the keys. They didn’t mark the finale; they just left to greet other guests. I’d give the service a 3; for both children and adults, it was a disappointment.

The quest was good, and the entertainer Maria did an excellent job—the kids loved it. But there’s no ventilation in the room at all; it was unbearably hot. How can you run events in such conditions?

We celebrated a birthday—the kids were squealing with delight, and the entertainers Angelina and Veronika did a great job. They took photos, organized games, and guided us through the halls smoothly and efficiently. Thank you for the wonderful celebration!

The quest was great and cheerful, the puzzles were logical, and the kids managed on their own. It was a bit stuffy in the cake room—we didn’t notice any air conditioning. Otherwise, everything was great.

An excellent puzzle escape room. Cheerful and welcoming Masha guided us; the concept is great. Bright decor and enormous rooms — it really feels like you're in a giant's house.

Today we went as a group; the escape room was a hit and energized us for the whole day. Thanks to Angelina and Arina—charming, polite, and very fun. I recommend it to friends and family.
