They promised a moderate Hard level, but we got hair-pulling, kicking, and a descent down a dark staircase without handrails. The team left with bruises, and the mood was spoiled. Very scary, but safety and adherence to protocol fell short.

I expected a thorough briefing, but the explanation was all over the place. The lighting was poorly set, there was almost no sound, some puzzles were illogical, and the actor appeared rarely; this definitely isn’t suitable for people with epilepsy, and there was no warning given.

I didn’t like that they promise free photos but then insistently ask for a review — it’s awkward. The sound crackles in places, the ghosts are almost indistinguishable visually, and part of the space and props seem unused. The thermometer barely worked, and the promised photography never happened — there’s potential, but the execution falls short.

From the very first minutes you can tell: the locations and sound are crafted with love; the puzzles are logical, but solving them under such tension is quite an ordeal. The actor gives it their all—not just scaring you, but putting on a true performance. The female administrator is a sweetheart; we left the game with our adrenaline through the roof.

This isn’t just a collection of puzzles, but a full-fledged production where the set, lighting, and sound all serve a single purpose: immersion. The puzzles are woven into the story, the solutions are logical, and the puppet mechanics fit perfectly. The difficulty is above average but fair; in a couple of places it demanded a shift in mindset—and that was satisfying.

The team was left dissatisfied: the billed actress didn’t show up, the actor was ill, and some scenes didn’t work. The boundaries agreed on before the performance were violated — people were pulled by the hair, and there was dust and dirty props. In moments like that you forget about fear; all that remains is irritation.

The venue for a children's party didn't work for us: it was cramped, the furniture was worn out, there was a smell and trash, there was essentially no proper lounge, and there was a single cup at the water cooler for everyone. Visited with a group of 8–9-year-olds. The kids came out full of emotions; at times it was a bit scary for them, but that’s exactly what hooked them. The staff were polite and explained everything, and the setting and actors were top-notch. We would have liked a larger party room and the option to watch the progress on a screen.

The immersion is powerful: shabby walls, rust, inscriptions — it feels like Pripyat. The actors respond flexibly to the team’s actions, and the tension never lets up. The tasks aren’t easy, but they’re logical and to the point.

Seven adults attended; the contact levels were set, but we weren’t given a safe word. The actor was excellent, the one‑on‑one scene was mind‑blowing, but organizationally it would be better to agree on safety signals in advance.
