The service at the entrance is thought out down to the smallest detail, and the staff are very attentive. The quest itself is intense and not easy, but engaging; we used hints and didn’t regret it. I recommend going in a group of four to six—it’s optimal.

We brought two children aged 10–13 along with a whole group of their friends. The hosts, Ivan and Ekaterina, have a keen sense of the audience and adjust the scare factor; everyone left delighted. We were pleased with the cozy tea room, the clean restroom, and, overall, friendly service at a reasonable price.

We went as a family for the first time: three adults, a teenager, and an 11-year-old. Administrator Anastasia is a gem—she helped carefully, encouraged us, and gently prompted us when we got stuck. Actor Grigory worked delicately with the child in mind and even diffused the tension when needed. The escape room was a total hit: a well-thought-out plot that keeps you on your toes, smart and varied puzzles, and set design that immerses you from the moment you walk in. The staff are responsive, the experience is off the charts, and we’re eager for more.

Some parts of the set felt worn-out; we never found one item needed for a puzzle, which cost us time, and it felt like the door was opened for us manually. The hints were given as if they weren’t following our progress, and there was also a control malfunction. We finished quickly, but it left a sour aftertaste.

Group of four. Overall we liked it: atmospheric, polite staff. A couple of puzzles felt like overkill amid the commotion, and because one participant got scared, the actor was removed and they asked not to frighten us—so we couldn’t assess the performance in full. I think with the actor it would have been more impactful.

Disappointed: we spent almost the entire hour stuck on a couple of illogical puzzles; the set design is barebones; the actor showed up only twice and only briefly; we noticed no special effects. The location is small, emotions minimal, yet the price is on par with top-tier projects. For us — a miss.

Stellar atmosphere: the music hits just right, the actor engaged on our request and a couple of times genuinely gave us goosebumps. We did a no-contact run—it was still scary. Highly recommend.

They nailed the atmosphere from the moment we walked in; the acting was delightful and it kept things interesting. I would’ve liked more puzzles, but there was plenty of pace—we ran to our heart’s content.

The concept is strong, but one mechanism got stuck and the hints were off the mark. It felt cramped for eight. Still, we had a good time.
