For one night a year, any crimes, including murder, become legal. Police services and emergency medical assistance are unavailable until 7 a.m. On this night, anarchy and lawlessness reign on the streets of the city. People release everything that has accumulated over a long time. Some seek revenge, others are looking for entertainment, and the rest are trying to survive. – They are already here...
