We’ve done many of the city’s escape rooms; this one felt the toughest. The puzzles are multi-layered—you often think you’ve cracked it, only to realize that was just the first step. On the downside, the passages are a bit cramped and it leans more toward Moriarty than Sherlock, but it’s worth a visit; four players is optimal.

Our family outing to "The Perfect Heist" turned out to be much harder than we expected: prior experience with other escape rooms and the walkie-talkie didn’t save us — we ran out of time halfway through. I rarely write things like this, but I'm genuinely thrilled: the set design is straight out of a novel, the mechanics are tight, and the finale made me break a sweat. The host gave hints exactly when needed. I recommend going as a group of four—the pacing is perfect.

Like the other escape rooms at this venue—it’s up to par. The setting is excellent, though a bit dark; there are plenty of puzzles and they’re varied. The game master guided us clearly and offered helpful hints; one scare even got me. I liked the timer design and the very cozy lounge area. I recommend it.

The quest is packed and at times not easy: it ranges from simple actions to ciphers you can't crack without a team. An unexpected twist—you have to return to rooms you've already passed. The atmosphere and music are excellent, but there was only one "Lumos" wand and the light was dim, which made searching harder in the dark. Otherwise, everything was great; we left satisfied.

The puzzles are unconventional and engaging; at times I really had to think hard. It’s not just for kids—adults will find plenty to do as well. Very cozy lighting, rich colors, beautiful paintings and furniture—it all enhances the atmosphere.

We chose the no-actor option; they promised a Ring-style atmosphere and a focus on puzzles, and that’s exactly what we got. The tasks are varied: logic, dexterity, attentiveness, while the setting applies just enough pressure to keep you focused rather than distracted. It’s dark, with cobwebs and details like in the film; thanks to the operator for the subtle, well-timed hints. We recommend it.

We did an escape room for the first time and ended up at one of the toughest in the city. The game master gave only guiding hints; the set design and mechanisms were very atmospheric, and the whole thing flew by. We bought extra time and still managed to finish the finale — we were talking about it for another hour and a half afterward.
