Very unpleasant experience: on the medium level, an actor used a stun gun aggressively and ignored requests to stop. They made us stand in a circle and took turns hitting; there were also narrow passages with protruding elements — my jacket was torn, and I have bruises and scratches on my body.

A big plus is the spacious waiting area and a thorough briefing. We played on the medium setting with contact and a shock device: scary and dynamic, but not paralyzing. The puzzles aren’t hard—which is perfect for this genre—and there was enough light so you don’t have to huddle in a single beam. The actor delivered a powerful performance, keeping us on edge the whole time. Highly recommend.

Super atmospheric: the lab feels alive—lights, sound—goosebumps. We chose the medium, no‑touch option, but we still screamed. The puzzles are logical; four of us completed it—the pacing was perfect. Highly recommend; makes me want to come back for hard mode.

Didn't like it at all: only one actor, not scary, pitch-dark and no idea what to do. We never solved the puzzles — they just told us the codes — and we even left with bruises. Money down the drain.

We played on the maximum difficulty and had an unpleasant experience: the stun gun was used often and painfully, and our requests to ease up were ignored, leaving us with injuries and blood. This is no longer about fear but about pain; I don’t recommend this mode.

The quest was great, but we would have liked the puzzles to be more challenging. The actor Aygiz, though, was absolutely fantastic—we came a second time specifically for him. If you’re booking, ask for Aygiz—you won’t regret it.

It’s scary, claustrophobic, and every rustle sounds like a gunshot. The actor playing "grandpa" is superb, the dialogue is gripping, and the hide-and-seek really makes you think. The puzzles aren’t dumb, but you sweat under pressure. We loved it—10/10.

Mixed feelings: the quest is interesting and the sound is excellent, but they overdid it with the stun device; we asked them to go easier—it didn’t really help. Plus the passages are narrow—I snagged my jacket and scratched my arm. Left a sour aftertaste.

Clear organization, everything is well thought out. We played at a mid+ difficulty; the stun device was used carefully and selectively, tailored to the players. The adrenaline never let up, they responded quickly to requests, and the balance of fear and logic was excellent.

We chose the full-contact option and regretted it: the stun gun hurts, and the actor’s response to safe words was delayed. The atmosphere was great, but the excessive physical contact spoiled the experience. Discuss boundaries in advance!
