They were almost forty minutes late opening — said they had forgotten our slot. The lineup didn’t match the advertised premise, and there were also inappropriate remarks; they promised compensation but never got back in touch.

Honestly, I didn’t expect such immersion: darkness, spot-on sound, and an actor switching between characters so well it gave me goosebumps. They scared us, but without going overboard; we asked them to be gentler and they adjusted. We walked out buzzing on adrenaline—we’ll be recommending it.

The actors are friendly and well-trained, but there are many organizational issues: they forgot to close the door; the split basically means the player sits locked up with no interactivity and misses half the story. They are not ready to act on feedback, and the plot feels undercooked. It would be nice to have tasks to do during the isolation.

The atmosphere is right on the edge: creepy, but not too much. The sound and set design keep the tension, and the puzzles are logical and not overcomplicated. We didn’t need any hints; the actor added adrenaline with well-timed, pinpoint appearances. Highly recommend.

On top of that, there was a night surcharge, yet the experience was flat; an unpleasant smell and comments like “we didn’t even try to scare you” killed the mood. The beginning is calm: we were welcomed, everything was explained, and then it hits — darkness, sounds, and details that make your heart race. The challenges aren’t run-of-the-mill; solving them is rewarding every time, and the pitch-black episode is a separate stress test. A great choice if you want to put your nerves to the test.
