My name is Rebecca. I work at the Riverview morgue.
Tonight has been hectic. Four bodies in one night. There are always instructions, protocols, rules in the morgue. I know them by heart. But sometimes protocol doesn't help. Sometimes the bodies behave strangely. Sometimes it feels like they're not just lying there.
I've managed for years. But tonight I'm not sure I will. Tonight, among these four, there is someone. Someone who shouldn't have been brought. Someone who was waiting for this very night.
