17 years ago, a young successful surgeon was forced to end his career. In the last year of his work, colleagues began to notice the doctor's strange behavior: excessive suspicion towards patients and doctors, passive aggression in communication, delusions of grandeur. These traits impeded his work, and he had to finish his medical practice. A psychiatrist diagnosed him with paranoid psychosis. His condition worsened, and he stopped contacting his doctor. The only people he maintained contact with were groups of volunteers. You join a group of volunteers who are tasked with helping the ill doctor. He asks you to go down to the basement and retrieve a box with his belongings. While searching for the items, you stumble upon jars with eyes and severed ears. The former doctor spent years torturing, killing and dismembering people in his basement. Paranoid that people were out to get him, he would lure them into his basement and through brutal torture, try to extract answers to his questions. Once you realized that you were in a psychopath's den, your chances of survival were scant.
