WeaknessesSometimes the actor shows up less than you’d like, and the logic of progression can confuse without hints. There are complaints about dirt, worn locks/keys, and rare cases of rudeness, plus an annoying fine for a bent key. Some find the puzzles too easy or uneven.
StrengthsStrong, charismatic actors (Artem, Yura, Almaz, Businka often get shout-outs) and attentive admins, especially Vera. A horror atmosphere with great sound and set design, lots of emotion and solid immersion. Photo/video and friendly chat after the game.
SecurityBefore the start they explain the rules and contact options in detail; contact can be turned off or reduced on request. Staff monitor safety and well-being; you can ask for a pause or to have a participant taken out of the game.
Level of fearOn the fear scale it ranges from “creepy” to “very creepy,” especially on hard and 16+. For teens and the sensitive, better take light/normal; not suitable for small children.
Actors' gameActors flexibly adjust contact, keep the pace, and find an approach to different players. You can refuse physical interaction or choose a mode for each participant separately.
Quality of riddlesPuzzles are mostly easy–medium, with some neat logic chains and search moments. The sequence is confusing in places; the radio and hints help a lot. Experienced puzzlers may want more depth; for newcomers it’s just right.
PlotThe plot echoes the legend of a Texas butcher and an inherited mansion where you try to escape and not become the next mask. The story is delivered atmospherically and without extra spoilers, with steadily rising tension.
Difficulty levelDifficulty is felt more because of fear and pace; the logic sits around medium. Without hints the first time can be tough, especially on hard.
