Quiet neighbors

Saviteo is a personal servant of a god in Aztec mythology: "savi" meaning servant, and "teo" god. The Saviteo ritual is a rite through which the gods would indefinitely prolong the life of their servants. According to legend, this ritual would transplant the soul of Saviteo from one body to another, and for this, the blood of three random victims was needed to wash the sacred amulet. The supreme gods forbade this ritual out of mercy for mankind, but not all obeyed. Centuries passed and the ritual was still being performed. Every 50 years in different parts of our planet, four people disappeared without a trace: three, including the old body of Saviteo, became victims of the ritual; one - the new body. Moscow, 21st century. It seems that no Saviteo can possibly exist, these are myths, ancient legends.
