The Third World War changed our world forever. Nuclear strikes destroyed almost all living things on Earth. Out of 11 million residents of the capital, only 40 thousand survived - all those who managed to take shelter in the Moscow Metro. You are one of those lucky ones who found themselves underground earlier than the hermetically sealed doors of the stations closed for many years. But the war for humanity is not over. The struggle for survival continues: skirmishes for resources, battles for territory and power... A man remained human even after the end of the world. After a couple of decades, the situation only worsened. Radiation began to seep through aging communications, gradually poisoning the last bastion of humanity. And following it, the new owners of the surface - mutants, arrived in the metro. Voracious and ruthless creatures exterminate entire station-settlements. Now they are at the top of the food chain. Unfortunately, your home station was caught off guard and fell under the onslaught of monsters. It was only by a miracle that you managed to survive by escaping into the dark tunnels of the metro. Having lost a home and a means of subsistence, you meet a man who agreed to guide you to a supposedly uninhabited station for your last handful of local currency. This station might be your last chance for survival - your ray of hope. But is this place only your hope for salvation? You will have to come face to face with the horrors and anomalies of the metro. Your life is only in your hands. Are you able to withstand the realities of the new world? What choice will you make on the verge of life and death?
