Выход из метро Белорусская (Кольцевая) к вокзалу. Далее идите вниз по ул. 2-я Брестская до первого перекрестка, переходите дорогу, потом поверните направо на улицу Б. Грузинская. Между домами 56 и 8 увидите шлагбаум. Проходите через него, идите по пешеходной дорожке чуть левее по диагонали. Следующий ориентир – спортивная коробка, напротив нее открытая дверь с вывеской IQ Мания
