About the escape room

In the summer of 1723, the monastery of Saint John was established in the territory of a forgotten country. 100 years later, abnormal events began to happen within the walls of the monastery. It all started when the church servants began to get sick with strange diseases, and after short suffering - die. The abbess of the monastery isolated everyone inside the temple, and no one ever saw them again. Rumors abound that after everyone was locked up, a terrible ancient evil settled there. We chose medium and didn’t regret it: the lighting, sound, and the actress made the hour very intense without going overboard. The scares were elegant, the puzzles come together logically, and the hints came right on time. I’ll be back for hard mode.

For the kids' birthday, they ran a different quest instead of the 'Monastery' we had booked, and no one contacted me as the parent. The kids were upset, the experience was spoiled — it was an important day for us, very upsetting.

Lighting is key; the visuals in every room are downright mesmerizing. The puzzles aren’t easy but they’re fair, and the atmosphere presses so hard that several times we were pinned into a corner without any contact. Very well done.
