About the escape room

The Cortez Hotel has a multitude of different legends about its founder and eerie stories about the things happening within its walls. But it has been out of operation for a decade now. It was closed under unclear circumstances. The hotel owner Will believes that all the blame lies with one of the hotel guests. She checked in and then disappeared without a trace... After this, strange things began to happen in the hotel: the hotel seemed to come to life, and everyone inside felt extremely uneasy, their worst nightmares were coming true. Will turned directly to the Vatican Church for help, as he believes that supernatural forces are involved. The Vatican sends Father Rain to help sort out everything happening directly at the Cortez hotel, but he needs volunteers so that the forces of light will be more powerful than the forces of darkness. Father Rain is waiting for you...

We had teens aged 14–16 and chose the 12+ version because one of them is afraid of intense horror. A friendly character accompanied us; everyone enjoyed it and there was plenty to scream about. The lounge is convenient: a game console, dishes, a microwave; they sent us six photos. But payment is only in cash or by bank transfer.

Kids aged 10–12 really enjoyed the quest; no complaints about the game itself. But the service needs improvement: they insisted we settle payment before the start, asked awkward questions in the lounge, and there was a strange incident with the cake box lid. Fix that and the place would be excellent.
