"Loneliness!" - you shout, finding yourself in the cell of the Château d'If. In response - nothing, even the echo does not reach these places. Half-darkness and despair, the thickness of stone surrounding you from all sides, inspires an all-consuming inner fear and a sense of doom. A shadow slides across the wall, reviving in you the hope of getting out of the situation… No. It was an illusion. This is what happens when you do not listen to the guide and get lost in the dungeons of the castle. On a business trip to France, you were offered a way to unwind, and a visit to the mysterious Château d'If was chosen as your leisure activity. Since 1531, the formidable appearance of the castle has instilled terror and fear in its enemies, yet the castle has never been attacked. Nowadays instead, Château d'If resists the onslaught of tourists who, unlike the residents of the 16th century, seek to get inside. In the past, criminals who had money could buy themselves a chance to live in a cell with a sea view. Today, on the contrary, tourists pay to descend into the dungeon itself, where darkness, dampness, cold, and heavy energy linger, left by slowly dying prisoners. Having deviated from the tour, engrossed in examining wall drawings in the cell, you didn't even notice how the door closed behind you. There's no air, no light, no food, no way out… No! The main thing is not to panic! Look around. Yes, a successful escape has definitely been made from this cell before. Whether it's successful or not - we'll learn that a little later. But now, solving a sequence of logical puzzles will lead us back to the light of day.
