About the escape room

Young Jason Vorhees witnessed how the camp counselor decapitated his mother, whose head he now keeps as a memento. Losing his mind, he kills anyone who appears on the shore of Crystal Lake. You and your friends decided to spend the weekend at that very lake. Seeing a hideous man running towards you, you panic and flee into the depths of the night forest, stumbling upon an abandoned wooden house, but it's locked. The only chance to delay your encounter with Jason is to get into the house and find shelter... Moans, creaks indicate only one thing: there's someone else in the house besides you. Now you need to get out of this terrible place as quickly as possible...

AIMost highlight the strong ambience and sound design; the puzzles earn praise too: logical and at times unconventional. By default it isn’t a performance, but many add an actor and it becomes noticeably scarier. On the downside, occasional technical hiccups, faint markings on code locks, and rare moments when the admin loses track or gives overly direct hints.

The escape room was great, but it’s not a performance-style one; it’s more of a logic/puzzle room — exactly what we were looking for. We opted for an actor to keep us on our toes, and it added some spice. We did need a few hints. The only downside is that the numbers on the combination lock are barely visible in that lighting; a flashlight would have helped.

An excellent quest with unconventional puzzles. We knew in advance that it was an escape room without an actor, so we chose it on purpose—we don’t like being scared. The ambiance still keeps you on edge, and we could hear screams from the game next door—apparently it’s more intense there with an actor.

We went as a group of six. The quest is advertised as scary, but without an actor there was almost no fear. Technically it let us down in places: some elements did not trigger, and we opened some things without solving them. It seemed that the admin was not following our progress and kept asking what we had already done. Overall, it did not really work for us.

You can tell right away this isn’t a performance but a logic-based quest, so they brought in an actor for the thrill—he made us nervous. We had to think and even run from Jason. Great idea with the room layout; you feel like you’re in a real abandoned house.

The escape room was awesome: the puzzles were logical, and the atmosphere was just wow. The actor jumped out unexpectedly a few times and gave us a good scare. Later the kids went through it without the actor — they were also pleased.

I didn’t think I could still be surprised and scared, but this one managed it. A well-thought-out plot, great set design, and an actor who shows up at the most unexpected moment. A new experience even for those who’ve done plenty of quests.

We went with the actor option—and didn’t regret it. The sound design really bears down on you, doors creak, Jason feels like he’s right there; we literally jumped a couple of times. The puzzles aren’t dumb either—you have to think. A great blend of adrenaline and logic.

We did it without an actor, like a classic escape room. Everything was logical and atmospheric, but a couple of combination locks were a hassle—the digits are barely visible in the dim light. Otherwise, we're happy and will come back for the performance version.

Many puzzles remained unclear; the administrator just dictated the codes for the locks. Even after the explanations, we couldn’t grasp how we were supposed to open some elements. And the actor limited himself to a couple of knocks on the door — that’s it. The team was left dissatisfied.
