The experience itself was good, but afterwards they just stopped responding. We paid for the video; they promised to send it within a week—it's been a month, and nothing. The overall impression was marred by being ignored.

We waited 15 minutes for the start; some props hadn’t been reset, the cassette wouldn’t play, and one safe was already open. The administrator was flustered, and the hints were for stages we had already completed. They charged extra for the video, sent it only after ten days, and it didn’t include the finale. We do not recommend.

We went to a performance for the first time; we liked the concept, but the organization let us down: a key was lying on the floor, the safe was open, the hints came at the wrong times, and the admin was either acting or hosting and wasn’t watching us. We had to chase the paid video for ten days and received a cut-down version. Wouldn’t recommend.

Creepy, tight spaces; they dragged us by the legs a couple of times—my heart was in my throat. The tasks are clear, the hints arrive on time, and we got to scream plenty. Perfect for an evening with friends!

From the moment you step in, the atmosphere grabs you; one flashlight for all of us—and we’re screaming like schoolkids. We went with the medium level, the actors worked with finesse, and the hints came exactly when needed. We walked out shaking but happy.

The atmosphere hooks you already in the lobby, the locations are interesting, the actress actually pulls you by the legs, and a taser sizzles nearby—goosebumps. I’d like more plot and puzzles, but overall it’s very solid.

The briefing was drowned out by loud music; the actress, at the height of emotion, squeezed my hand hard, and on the way out we were even accused of being rude. A single flashlight for everyone and breakdowns in communication — the overall impression was marred.

In the promo video everything looked impressive, but in reality there was too much light and you could see where the actor was moving—which kills the fear. One lock broke and we wasted a lot of time on it, and the set pieces feel disjointed. Overall, it feels unfinished and not scary.

We ran into a jammed lock and lost time because of it, and the lighting was a bit too bright—you could see where the actor was hiding. The admin helped and things went more smoothly after that, but it left a bit of a sour taste.
