Very nerve‑wracking escape room; in the dark everything feels much more intense. I like that you can tweak the horror level on the fly, and the two endings boost replayability. Organizers, please give the flashlights a bit more light — it would be perfect.

The whole game takes place almost in darkness, the music is oppressive and adds to the tension. There’s less interaction with the actor than there are tasks, but his rare appearances are spot-on. I liked that the branching leads to different endings, and the set design really pulls you in. We got the good ending and were satisfied.

Fourteen-year-olds arrived — the door was locked, the staff were late. In the end, they let them play for much less than the advertised time and asked them to leave because of the next group. Very upsetting; we don’t plan to return.

We decided to test our nerves at “Let Me Out” and didn’t regret it: the actor’s performance is so convincing that every sudden appearance takes your breath away. The atmosphere thickens from the very first minutes, and the puzzles lead you along neatly and never feel superfluous. The adrenaline was pumping, we screamed our hearts out, and we walked out feeling like we’d been on a big adventure.

We celebrated our son's 14th birthday, and the kids absolutely loved it. We asked for a light mode, but they were still squealing and running away from the hotel's "resident." The puzzles were clear, and the hints helped us not get stuck. A great option for teenagers.

The puzzles are interesting and the set design is solid, but I’d especially single out the actor — delivers scares with pinpoint precision. The main issue is the flashlights: out of three, only one worked properly, and it’s hard to solve things without light. If they fix that, it’ll be almost perfect.

The locations are thoughtfully designed for both the players and the actor, and the entire experience keeps you in suspense. The puzzles are tied to the storyline, and when we got stuck, a voice would give us hints. The only issue is that at key moments the lighting was catastrophically insufficient, but the emotions more than made up for this drawback.

A strong horror with brains. The darkness suffocates, an actor jumps out of nowhere, and the puzzles are on point and free of nonsense. We got the good ending and screamed the whole way, but we still had to keep thinking. I’ll be back on hard.

It’s very much an escape room with a dash of performance: little actor interaction, with the focus on puzzles and the story. I liked the two endings, and the dim flashlights were both annoying and helped maintain the atmosphere. Overall, very solid.
