We were four adults and a child. We worried it would be totally kiddie, but we all ended up racking our brains together. The puzzles aren't difficult but they're interesting—focused on attention and logic—and we finished in about 45 minutes. The atmosphere is mind-blowing: Diagon Alley, Ollivanders, starting on Platform 9¾. No Potter knowledge required; everything is in the quest.

The escape room was engaging, made us think, with great set design and appropriately challenging puzzles. But the rooms were stuffy, the start was delayed, and by the finale the host was rushing us and giving direct instructions — we wanted to figure it out on our own.

A team of four adults—literally everything impressed us, from the front door to the staff's care. The host, with a sense of humor, immersed us in the story and gently guided us whenever we got stuck. Very atmospheric and beautiful; the host was composed, gave clear instructions, and helped at the right moments. But a couple of times the hints came earlier than we would have liked—we wanted to figure things out ourselves. Good puzzle logic with no obscure 'clever' ciphers. We finished in 50 minutes, the finale is impressive, and the staff are very considerate and welcoming.

We sent the kids and our nieces and nephews to an escape room—seven people aged 8 to 18. We chose the theme together, and everyone immediately agreed on Hogwarts. They came back thrilled and spent another half a day talking over their impressions, and many already have experience with escape rooms. We’ve got some great souvenir photos in school costumes. We loved it, especially the set design—the spirit of the books and films was captured really well. The only downside was that the first room didn’t have enough light; without extra lighting the numbers and hints were hard to see. We went with a 10-year-old, and he beat many of us to the finds. Awesome escape room! My friend and I, both 27, were absolutely thrilled. I’ve done similar themes, and this one is the best so far: interesting puzzles, and we finished four minutes before the end. The atmosphere is very Potter-esque; at the end they did a photo shoot and promised to email the pictures. I’ll be recommending it to everyone.

There were two of us; we’re new to this. The difficulty was just right, the rooms are beautifully designed, and the atmosphere instantly transports you into a magical world. We liked that it starts right at the door with a guide—the rules are presented in a quest style, which really sets the mood.
