They turned our Hard into some kind of Hard Plus without consent; one player was put in a chokehold, another had their hair singed. They asked us to lie about the price and the team composition, and the video either kept disappearing or was cut down to a couple of minutes. Left a bitter aftertaste.

A very strong horror: dim lighting, sound, attention to detail, and logical yet not simplistic puzzles. The acting is so convincing that at times it felt like it wasn't acting anymore. The ending surprised me.

The escape room's plot kept us in suspense; it was scary and at times brought us to tears. Eva and Diana did a great job. The puzzles aren't difficult, but we got stuck and asked for hints, which were given right on time. The decor is detailed; we'll be back.

I enjoyed the game both emotionally and in terms of the scenery, but the purchased video was disappointing. They promised about 25 minutes; it turned out shorter, the angles were off, there was no sound, and the music didn’t fit. I hope the service is improved to match the quality of the quest.

The two of us went together with my friend and unexpectedly got goosebumps. There was almost no physical contact, but the actors carried it with pure performance and atmosphere—we got really scared. Safety was all good, the locations are well thought out, the plot is gripping, and it makes you want to dig into every detail. Highly recommend.

The service stood out: we were immersed from the moment we walked in; the actors stayed in character and cracked jokes where appropriate. What got to us the most was the music—loud and eerie. For newcomers, it’s an excellent entry point: a spacious location, clear puzzles, and a friendly team.

Our company didn’t enjoy the quest. There was way too much profanity and rudeness; we asked them to tone it down, but they didn’t respond. The most unpleasant moment was a running chainsaw next to a cage. We came to solve puzzles but left in a bad mood. Plus, the start was delayed: we stood at the door and had to keep calling.

Convenient location, attentive staff, and clear rules at the start. The venue has internal logic and strong immersion; the rooms are well designed. It’s a supernatural experience with elements of action and no rough physical contact; the escape routes are well thought out, and the actors stay in character. We’re thrilled.

The quest didn’t match the price or expectations. They put transparent bags on us instead of blindfolds — laughable, not scary. The additional actor appeared for a minute without makeup; there was almost no interaction. The puzzles were solved for us, and the ending wasn’t revealed. We left feeling we had wasted our time.

The idea is great and the rules are presented in an unusual way—the quest starts right away. But the dialogues are long-winded and off-topic, there’s so much swearing it grates on the ear, and the atmosphere is average.
