Fantastic attention to detail—felt just like a real laboratory. Lots of interesting puzzles; we played in socks—everything was spotless. The actor had us running full tilt. We’re looking forward to the next quest, thank you!

Very high-tech: sensors, lights, and sounds — everything is geared to scare you. The host explained everything clearly, and the hints were on point. Spotlessly clean — we were comfortable playing in our socks.

Our first escape room, and it exceeded expectations. Some puzzles were tough because of the fear factor, but the hints over the loudspeaker really helped. We chose the actor mode without physical contact—still a ton of emotions; the set design and sound nailed the atmosphere. We kept discussing it for a long time afterwards and will definitely come back.

The four of us went to Umbrella and were thrilled. The set design feels like a real laboratory, the puzzles are high-tech, and the acting is excellent; we chose the contact mode. Looking forward to the team’s new projects.

For our first escape room — absolutely mind-blowing: scary and fun at the same time. The puzzles were interesting, the hints saved us, the actors were out of this world, and the administrator was very sweet. We're still talking about how fear overpowered logic. The escape room was awesome, but one tunnel felt too dark—we bumped our foreheads into the wall a couple of times. The puzzles are fair, the set design is gorgeous, and the sound hits exactly as it should. Bottom line: we liked it, but I’d make it a bit brighter.

From the very first seconds you’re immersed in the story—goosebumps even before it starts. Spacious rooms, excellent acting, and music that keeps you on edge. The puzzles are logical and don’t let you get stuck for long. We recommend it.
