The kids’ birthday party was a mixed bag: at the front desk the receptionist was rude, kept rushing us, and forced us to sign papers, threatening to cut our time, but the quest itself was fantastic—the mechanisms were precise, the puzzles great, and the decor tasteful.

I did my first escape room at 15, and it went great—the birthday discount was a nice bonus. The puzzles were interesting and not scary, and at the end we got to take a photo with a wand and scarves. It’s best to go in a group of three or four so everyone has something to do.

Tried this format for the first time — awesome. The puzzles aren’t difficult, and the surprise shots between them add to the excitement. The drinks are tasty, the ambience fits the theme, and it would be even more fun with a bigger group. A great kickoff to a birthday.

First we got a call saying the manager would be late and were offered to “resolve the issue,” and when we arrived it turned out the power had also been cut. A curt “sorry,” and the celebration was ruined — very upsetting.

With the tasting option, the quest is a total blast: the shots are tastier than in many bars, and playing with them is easier and more fun. The administrator is wonderful — we’ve already gone to her more than once. The price is reasonable; in terms of emotions, it more than pays for itself.

For a first visit, it went well: a cozy atmosphere, witty puzzles, and the host helped right on time. Great scarves, a wand, and a broom for photos. On the downside—some simple, old furniture in places, and we would have liked more “magic.”

The staff were very friendly; our 11-year-old daughter and 13-year-old son loved it. They argued over a couple of puzzles and figured them out on their own. The photo with props at the end was the cherry on top.

We came from Ufa and started with “Hogwarts School.” The host was nice, the puzzles were logical. The music could have been more upbeat, and the puzzle with the plates was frustrating because of its ambiguity. But the final room was pure bliss and left a great aftertaste.

The atmosphere, the puzzles, and the game master’s attitude were all top-notch. We were gently guided even without asking, and I didn’t want to take off the steampunk-style top hat for the entire quest. The last room was a particular highlight—thank you!

Our family visit was a success: the decor is nice, the puzzles are interesting, but the rooms are small—anything above four people feels cramped. Overall, we recommend it.
