Company Quest Stars (ИП Тлеубаев Ж.С.)

I didn’t expect the puzzles to be so devious and non-linear, but that’s exactly what I loved. We booked the extra actor and didn’t regret it: the contact is intense, the jump scares land perfectly, and the lighting and pacing are out of this world. For full immersion, definitely choose the interactive option—the sense of presence is insane. We even ordered a souvenir video.

I’d been waiting for this escape room for a long time, and we finally decided to go as a group of five in the hard-contact format. There were two actors; the acting was fantastic, the atmosphere was both creepy and thrilling, the puzzles were tough — just how we like it. But the finale never happened: the administrator opened the door even though the clues suggested there was more to come. It seem... Expand

Immersive from the very first minutes: a grim world, intriguing twists, and challenges that really make you think. The actors make it feel real, while sound and lighting pour fuel on the fire—the fear lasts until the very end. The organizers are polite and attentive, with safety and comfort on point. A great option for a group; strongly recommended for thrill-seekers.

Saw exceeded expectations. The ambiance and decor are rich, the puzzles are challenging yet logical, and the staff runs like clockwork. The story keeps you engaged from start to finish, and the game master gives timely guidance without breaking the atmosphere. Cleanliness and safety are top-notch.

Very disappointed: the price is high, and we had to wait another half hour before the start. The puzzles are loosely connected, the two actors were almost indistinguishable, and we didn’t see any point in the surcharge. The waiting area is cold, and the acting felt a bit rough.

We went as a group of four and walked out on shaky legs from the adrenaline. From the very first minutes we were immersed in the atmosphere: the locations are well thought out, and the tasks are neatly tied to sound and light, which had us freezing up with tension a couple of times. The actor was so convincing that we genuinely didn't know what to expect next. Special thanks to the administrator f... Expand

We arrived on time, but the start was pushed back by almost half an hour with no explanation. The administrator looked tired, and the actress arrived after us. We never got any jump scares; a couple of times we were led away with profanity and blows—more rudeness than fear. One interesting mechanism remained unclear, the ending felt muddled, and there was no debrief after the game. Disappointing.

There were five of us. From the very beginning, we could hear other rooms; communicating with the admin via phone was inconvenient. As for the ambience, there are modern details that pull you out of the old-time atmosphere, and it felt like some doors were being opened by actors from the other side. One participant got abrasions from a sharp edge—that’s definitely unnecessary. The ending was muddl... Expand

A rare case where it didn’t land at all: the actors looked like random guys, and it was more funny than scary. The administrator disappeared for about twenty minutes; we saw the actors changing clothes—the immersion died. We didn’t sign any documents, and at the end they asked us to give ratings. Mine is a firm “no.”

The manager was fixated on the rules and handled the birthday discount oddly. There are few rooms and they’re small; there’s a lot of wall décor, but it lacks depth. It often felt like the locks were being triggered manually, which made it unclear whether we were solving things correctly. The nonlinearity clashed with the actor’s pressure; one puzzle literally didn’t have enough weight, and in the... Expand
